Cindy Arnold-bik

"I have always loved being involved in missions."

Cindy Arnold-Bik received her bachelor degree from BIOLA University in Christian Education and began studies toward a master degree in C.E. at Talbot Seminary prior to moving to Virginia with her husband in 1981.  She has had a broad range of ministry experience within the church that includes teaching youth and adult Bible study, leading senior high youth ministry, leading women’s ministry, Christian education director, planning and leading youth and adult camps.

She and her husband, Victor, were instrumental in planting a church in Loudoun County, Virginia.  Together they have hosted foreign students and foreign government diplomats in their home.  Cindy has been involved in short term missions in Belgium, Romania, Mexico, Guatemala, and on the Cheyenne River Indian Reservation in South Dakota.  She whole-heartedly supports and promotes missions within her church. Her interest and knowledge of ECMI come through her sister, Jody van Eijden (ECM France).

Home schooling her son and daughter, leading student history tours seasonally on the East coast, and being available to serve in her church have been her main endeavors for many years.  She enjoys her new grandchildren, being outdoors, being creative, traveling, and loves encouraging others.
