Rita Messias Pimentel

Rita Messias Pimentel serves ECM Iberoamerica by helping ministries, churches, and mission organizations strengthen their vision, collaboration, and strategic effectiveness. With a background in Strategic Management and Marketing and more than fifteen years of experience in strategy, communication, and project development, she brings thoughtful leadership and organizational insight to the advancement of God's mission.

Rita currently serves through the Portuguese Evangelical Alliance and Lausanne Movement Portugal while collaborating with evangelism and mission mobilization initiatives, including COMIBAM and Every Home. Her work focuses on connecting people, organizations, and resources to develop collaborative initiatives that strengthen the Church's witness and expand the reach of the Gospel.

She believes that mission begins with God and that faithful stewardship involves discerning where He is at work and intentionally joining His mission with wisdom, collaboration, and hope.
