Sonia Arjona serves as a ministry leader, trainer, and disciple-maker with a passion for equipping people to discover their calling and participate in God’s mission. She holds a degree in Business Administration and Management and currently serves as Coordinator of M4 Ready Spain, a training and development initiative that helps individuals deepen their faith and prepare for church planting ministry in Spain.

With a strong missionary heart, Sonia is committed to developing leaders who live a Christ-centered faith and actively engage in the advancement of the gospel. She is also the founder of Kultura, a creative outreach initiative that uses resin workshops to build meaningful relationships with women from diverse backgrounds and create natural opportunities for gospel conversations.

Married to Fernando and based in Madrid, Sonia combines discipleship, leadership development, and relational ministry to help people experience God’s love and discover their place in His mission.
